People for People Online Dyslexia Friendly Font (PDF) End User License Agreement

This legal agreement between you and People for People Online governs the use of licensed fonts (the “Agreement”). By accepting the Agreement, you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use or download the licensed fonts.
Key Terms:
1. Binding Agreement:
You acknowledge that all use of the licensed fonts is governed by this Agreement.
2. License Grant:
The licensed fonts are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on websites and documents owned or controlled by you. Conditions include:
- No linking to or putting online any version of the licensed fonts.
- No use of conversion or editing tools on the licensed fonts.
- Retaining trademark, copyright, and other legal notices.
- Separate agreements required for multiple clients’ websites.
- Ensuring fonts are only used on designated websites with adequate protection measures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
The licensed fonts are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the fonts.
4. Warranty; Limitation of Liability:
- Warranty Claim: Contact within 14 days for claims. People for People Online will attempt to correct any issues within 14 days.
- Disclaimer: No warranties on performance. Not liable for consequential or incidental damages. Some state/jurisdiction exclusions apply.
5. Transfer of the Licensed Fonts:
- Transfer allowed if the transferee agrees to be bound by this Agreement and you destroy all copies.
6. Copies:
- Back-up copies allowed for archival purposes only.
7. Term and Termination:
- Agreement expires and terminates automatically after 3 years or upon breach of terms.
8. Other Terms:
- Provisions remain valid even if one part is invalid.
- Compliance with export laws required.
- Governed by the laws of Delaware.
Definitions:
- Application: Software allowing use or access to licensed fonts.
- Derivative Work: Data derived from the licensed fonts.
- Editing: Input of text using the licensed fonts.
- Licensed Fonts: Fonts intended for web use licensed from People for People Online.
- Use: Execution of commands using the licensed fonts.
- Website(s): Websites using licensed fonts without enabling permanent installation.
